Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to tell us to stop. Last updated: July 29, 2026.

1. What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone (if you share it), your event date and details. If you use "Continue with Google," Google confirms your name and email for us — we never see your Google password. Our site also collects the ordinary technical basics (pages visited, device type) to know how the site is doing.

2. How we use it

To answer you, plan your event, and send you what you asked for. Gelato Brothers is part of the Cedar Pond Farms family, and inquiries are handled on the family's own booking platform — your details go into our kitchen, not somebody else's.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. The only people who see it are our own crew and the service providers that make the platform run (payment processing when you buy, email delivery when we write back) — each gets only what its job needs.

4. Text messages (SMS)

We will never share your mobile number. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes — every category in Section 3 excludes them. Gelato Brothers is a brand of Cedar Pond Farms — one company, not an affiliate — so your consent runs directly to Cedar Pond Farms and your number never leaves it. The only outside company that touches your number is our messaging carrier, solely so the text can reach your phone.

If you tick the texting box on our form: we send booking confirmations, event reminders, and — only if you asked — occasional news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply (charged by your carrier, not us). Reply STOP to any message to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of booking. Full terms: Text Message Terms.

5. Keeping it & your choices

We keep inquiry records as long as we might genuinely need them to serve you, then let them go. Want your info corrected or deleted? Ask — love@cedarpondfarms.com or (865) 630-0107 — and a real person will handle it.

6. Children

Our forms are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
